The End of Personal Privacy

What a great deal to be an American. So many come here-- legally and illegally. Why do they come? They come because of the truthful promise of hope. America is the greatest country in the world, regardelss of the many who would like to bring us down. By the way, those of you out there who would like to bring us down-- we wish you the best in your lives.

People love the idea of America regardless of whether they like Americans per se. In America, from day one, the idividual has more rights than the state. Of course that was before Mr. Obama became in charge of the state.

Would you ever have believed that any President of the United States, would choose to diminish the rights of the people for his own self aggrandizement. Yet, it is has happened. Have you not seen it? President Obama wants to be the full focus of the nation, and he likes it that way. Can a man who becomes President become so powerful that he can position himself as the savior of America, and all others must fall at his feet? It sure seems that way. In 2010, there are some statistics that suggest the Presient gave more sppeches than the number of days in the year.  Maybe he is overexposed. Maybe he must be overexposed.

How about his appointing 16,000 more IRS agents now operating in the country. Do you like the idea of the IRS being the big enforcer for any health infractions you may commit. What if you were not as sick as you told the City Inspector? Should you have to pay for bringing in the government just because you thought you were sick? What if you get too sick?  Will that be an offense? Will you be arrested?  Will Obama stand up for you?

ObamaCare erodes privacy and expands the use of the IRS in mandating that insurers, employers and government agencies all share with one another your personal financial information.  These 16,000 new IRS agents mean business. How about that?   But, don't worry, they won't misuse any of your personal data in your file which is now in their files.  You can trust them as you can trust all of government.

Why bother even having a HIPAA law when the government is trashing privacy.

ObamaCare is ready to grow the IRS into a more huge, more powerful, more formidable force to fight US.  There are already 16.000 coming our way and maybe they will be packing HEAT! The IRS will ensure that more of your personal information is shared with more people. More of your ready cash will be used to serve your neighbor down the street who chooses not to work. If you complain about that, you will appear uncharitable and subject to government interrogation and perhaps subjugation. Ask Obama, he claims to always be available to the public.

Privacy Smashed in Stimulus Bill

In early 2009, with the stimulus bill, our government began to think that it had the authority to mine, collect, and store information on the personal matters of all American citizens. That means YOU and Me? In the stimulus bill of early 2009, the government in stealth fashion authorized the building of a huge bureaucracy to handle the takeover of healthcare -- almost a year before the bill ultimately passed, and before it was ever assured of passage.

Many did not realize this privacy takeover was in the stimulus / porkulus bill as Healthcare had not even hit the agenda.  But, the Obama-plan was to get the buraucracy in place to support the many dangerous parts of the bill quietly, so nobody would know what was really going on. Most still do not know this. Moreover, many are trying to decide how student loans are financing Obamacare. Yet, they are. The government lies and deceives, and the people want the government to tell the truth so much, many believe that it is.

One of the things they put into the stimulus bill was that the government would keep all of YOUR health records in something called an Electronic Health Record (EHR). All kinds of information will be kept about YOU and doctors have been given major financial incentives to provide the information about your health to the government so that your information can be uploaded without your knowledge. Don't blame the doctors. Blame Obama.

What are they going to use that data for? Is it to see who first goes to the gulags?  The government says it is OK because it is based on security or expediency. Not that anybody is talking--- but it surely appears that lots of what is happening is a violation of our 4th Amendment, and probably a number of other amendments. Yet, this does not matter with an administration that cares nothing about the Constitution!

This amendment guarantees against illegal search and seizure, and our 5th Amendment guarantees against self-incrimination. In 2010, and 2011, nobody should be basing their arguments on what the government is supposed to do however. They do what they want and we must stop them by sending in the replacement players. Who ever thought Obamacare would ever pass when Massachusetts sent a Brown to Congress to stop it all  Consider me a volunteer replacement player. How about you?

In 2010, almost as if we live in the same Communist Russia that President Reagan fought against, many are concerned that the government needs to prosper and "protect our national security." But that does not mean that the government should become the problem, against which we must fight. Government should not be able to intrude into the personal lives of American citizens, plain and simple. But Obama does not think like you and I. He only likes those who love Obama. Try me on that!

So, as Americans, it is up to you and I to fight on behalf of preserving our personal liberties. Let's start by throwing all of these bums out of office who choose to worship Obama rather than be representtives of the people. It even sounds refreshing.

You and I know who needs to be replaced. Let's get it done!

Amen!
