Brian Kelly has withdrawn from running as write-in for 2018. He favors Lou Barletta because govt. needs to return to the people! Bob Casey does not represent ordinary Pennsylvanians. Like Bernie Sanders, Casey is a pro-death socialist. Lou Barletta has Kelly's 100% endorsement. Kelly put this web site together in 2012 when he ran against Bob Casey.
